Quality Disposal Systems is looking for a shop hand! Come join our wonderful crew! We work, live, and play in our service area and have a ‘BLAST Picking Up Trash!’
40 hours a week: Tue-Fri 7:30a-4p and Sat 9a-3p. (schedule may vary depending on the needs for the week)
Duties include but not limited to:
Basic shop maintenance (sweeping, mopping, shoveling/plowing, mowing, and other on property tasks).
Independently monitor the Recycle Center on Saturday’s.
Breakroom cleaning.
Cardboard baling.
Bobcat use.
Cleaning/pressure washing of trucks, carts, dumpsters.
Assisting Mechanics/Drivers as needed.
Other duties as requested throughout shift.
Employment Requirements:
Ability to lift 45-75lbs frequently.
Stand/walk 90% of the shift.
Ability to report to work as scheduled or on short notice if necessary.
Multi-task and change duties as needed throughout shift.
This position requires an individual that can work independently and with a team. We work in all weather and need a reliable person to step up and help fill gaps when they happen.
