One of the ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ parts about being a ๐ก๐ค๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ owned business is being able to ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐ to the communities that support ๐ช๐จ. โค๏ธ
Throughout the year, Quality Disposal is ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐ช๐ to help local benefits, fundraisers, community events, schools, organizations, and more by ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ dumpsters and disposal services whenever we can.
We donโt do it for the recognition โ but receiving a thank-you card like this reminds us just how much even a ๐จ๐ข๐๐ก๐ก contribution can help. ๐ฅน
When you choose to support a ๐๐ ๐๐๐ business, that support has a way of making its way ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐ into the community. ๐๐โ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ฅ๐ช! And weโre ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐๐ช grateful that ๐๐๐ allow ๐๐ to be a small part of ๐๐ ๐๐ธโ๐ great things happening right ๐๐๐ฃ๐, at home.

Sometimes itโs the ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ก๐ things that mean the ๐๐ ๐ค๐ฅ. โค๏ธ
One of our drivers received the ๐ค๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ค๐ฅ surprise from a 7th grade boy named ๐๐๐๐, who made him his very own garbage truck model ๐ผ๐๐ฟ wrote him a handwritten letter thanking him for what he does.
To say it made his day would be an ๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ. ๐ฅน
Our drivers work hard every single day, in all kinds of weather, and moments ๐ก๐๐ ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐จ are such a ๐ค๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ reminder that their hard work doesnโt go unnoticed.
To this thoughtful young man โ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐ ๐ฆ for taking the time to create something ๐ค๐ special. Your kindness meant ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ than you know, and we think that garbage truck is ๐ฅ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ ๐ฉ๐ค๐ค! โค๏ธ
Itโs little moments like ๐ฅ๐๐๐ค๐ that make us ๐ค๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ช๐ก to be part of ๐ฉ๐๐๐จ community.

Did you know choosing a local garbage hauler helps support your local community, too? โค๏ธ
When you choose Quality Disposal, ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช๐ง dollars stay ๐๐ก๐ค๐จ๐๐ง to home โ and that gives ๐ช๐จ the opportunity to ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐ to the communities we ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ and ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ in ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฎ single day.
Last year alone, over $10,000 was donated to our local food shelves โ and Quality Disposal MATCHED those donations! ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ for ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐ผ๐!
That means more than $20,000 went ๐๐๐๐๐ back into our ๐ก๐ค๐๐๐ก communities to help families and neighbors in need. โค๏ธ
That is something we are ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐๐ช proud of.
When you support a small, local, family-owned business like ours, youโre helping ๐ฆ๐ค support local schools, organizations, events, families, and causes that matter ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฃ๐ at ๐๐ ๐๐.
Local ๐ด๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต๐ช๐ฏ๐จ local. ๐๐๐๐ฉ'๐จ what ๐๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ is all about! ๐กโค๏ธ

๐ WHAT OUR OFFICE STAFF WISHES EVERY CUSTOMER KNEW ๐
We love our customers, we ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ช doโฆ but there are a few things our office staff wishes everyone knew. โค๏ธ
๐ If we donโt answer right away, weโre probably helping another customer. Sometimes the phones are ๐ฝ๐๐๐, especially after holidays, bad weather, or route changes. Weโll get to you as soon as we can!
๐ We donโt always know the ๐ฆ๐น๐ข๐ค๐ต minute your driver will arrive. Routes change. Traffic happens. Trucks have issues. Some stops take longer than others. Thatโs why we ask that containers ๐ฃ๐ฆ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ต by 6:30 AM.
๐๏ธ If your container wasnโt out when the driver came by, we may not be able to send the truck back. Once that truck has moved on, it may already be ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐จ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ฎ on another part of the route. ๐๐ก๐๐๐จ๐ be understanding. We try to run a tight ship.
๐
Holiday weeks can get confusing. ๐๐๐ tricky. We always try our ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ to post schedule changes right here on Facebook, so checking our page can save you a phone call!
๐ณ Yes, we offer Auto-Pay! And yesโฆ it can make life a ๐ฌ๐๐ค๐ก๐ ๐ก๐ค๐ฉ ๐๐๐จ๐๐๐ง. ๐ฝ๐๐- cards expire, numbers change- we might need an ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฅ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ card. ๐ฌ
๐ธ Pictures help! If thereโs an issue with a dumpster, container placement, damage, or access, a quick photo can sometimes help us ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ต๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ whatโs going on much faster. You can email them to us!
โค๏ธ And finallyโฆ kindness goes ๐ข ๐๐โ๐พ ๐ธ๐ข๐บ. Our office staff is made up of ๐ฃ๐๐๐ people doing their ๐๐๐ค๐ฅ to help, solve problems, answer questions and keep hundreds of moving pieces organized every single day.

๐ WHAT OUR DRIVERS WISH EVERY CUSTOMER KNEW ๐
Our drivers work hard every day to keep routes moving ๐จ๐๐๐๐ก๐ฎ and ๐จ๐ข๐ค๐ค๐ฉ๐๐ก๐ฎ, and there are a few ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ก๐ things that make a ๐ฝ๐๐ difference:
๐๏ธ Have your container out ๐ฝ๐ 6:30 AM โ route times ๐๐๐ฃ change from week to week.
๐ Keep vehicles, trailers, snowbanks and other obstacles away from your container so our trucks have room to safely service it.
โ๏ธ Give dumpsters plenty of clearance โ we need ๐๐ฉ ๐ก๐๐๐จ๐ฉ 5 feet of space around them.
๐ Make sure lids can open and flip freely. If the lid canโt flip, the container canโt tip!
๐ฅ Please ๐๐๐๐๐ put hot ashes, fireworks or anything that could ignite into your garbage. A small mistake can put our drivers, trucks and everyone around them ๐๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐จ๐ .
โ๏ธ In the winter, clearing snow and ice around your container helps ๐ข๐ค๐ง๐ than you know.
โค๏ธ And lastlyโฆ a wave, a smile or a quick โthank youโ ๐๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฅ๐๐๐ช makes a driverโs day.
Garbage pickup might seem simple from the curb, but thereโs ๐ผ ๐๐๐ happening ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ the wheel. Thank you for helping our drivers stay ๐จ๐๐๐ and ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ things moving!
