We know your statement looks different... we have been sending notices and emails and letters since October, 2024 to make all of our residential customers aware! I gave 3 months to contact the office with questions!
In order to avoid a rate increase, we have adjusted to a 2 month billing cycle. We are saving money by reducing postage and do not have to look at a rate increase for the 2025 year. Please look back at any emails from us, from our bill pay company, and there were inserts in your November and December envelopes. We notified you of this change many times and many different medias. Please remember to be kind to the staff, there are only 2 in office today. We are all adjusting to this new billing cycle as well. The staff are not in control of this and our customers were given at least 3 months to call with questions.
We will be unable to answer all the calls coming in today. Please be patient.
There were zero increases in the billing amounts, we will just be billing you 6 times now instead of 12. Be conscientious of how you treat the office staff today and if/when you call with questions. You are valued and respected, but being rude and disrespectful to our staff is not allowed.
I will be in office again tomorrow and will be available to discuss this. Do NOT yell at the ladies answering the phones today, please. Remember that you would not say some of these things to their faces, so to yell and call names over the phone is unacceptable. The ladies are just doing their jobs and I know they are the absolute best at what they do.

Roger that and respect it. Quality Disposal always does a great job, has great customer service, and is saving the planet and avoiding rate increases.
I hope people are being kind.
Maybe post the same notice here that you sent out?
Thanks hopefully the ones who pay for a year at a time got this notice as well.
