For our Friday customers along Highway 47 and around the Ann River Winery, your truck is unable to finish their route today. We will be there as soon as possible to collect your refuse. Leave your cans out, if we can finish it today we will, otherwise we will try again on Monday! This cold weather is killing our big girls!!

This is an example of what we DON’T want-
If a snow plow has blocked in, knocked over, or destroyed your can - please pick it up, clear it out, or put together as best you can. If you email us or call us about a wrecked can we will replace it at our soonest availability.
Containers MUST be cleared out during winter months, dumpsters AND cans. We can not grab cans off snow piles, the side arm can't grab them and the drivers CAN’T lift them over their heads when full. We need everyone's assistance in keeping the routes moving as efficiently as possible.

🚨🚨🚨Due to the winter wonderland outside, routes will be running a day behind schedule. 🚨🚨🚨
**EMAIL SENT TO REGISTERED ACCOUNTS**
Good winter weather snowy morning! Due to the snowstorm last night and some of our service area getting 6"+, we are unable to run our routes as scheduled today. We will be 1 day behind schedule for the rest of the week. Your pickup is going to be 1 day late this week if you are on our Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday routes!!!!
We try to keep our customers updated on our website qualitydisposalsystems.com/social-posts/ and our Facebook page. We post on the pages every time we have important information to get out! Please reference that if you have any questions, we try to get out as much information as possible.
The office is flooded with calls already, so please just know that we will be there as soon as we possibly can.
Also - if a snow plow has blocked in, knocked over, or destroyed your can - please pick it up, clear it out, or put together as best you can. If you email us or call us about a wrecked can we will replace it at our soonest availability.

Well, it's officially winter! Trucks are going to head out once it gets a bit lighter outside. They will use their discretion on side roads, but generally we run on plowed roads only. Be advised that we will do what we can, if you do not get picked up today we note it and we will get you next week. We will take care of extra bags and items when we can. We know this is frustrating, but we keep the drivers safety as our first priority! Be safe out there and stay warm.
This is my road, from another storm, but it looked exactly the same!! Stay safe and alert!!
