You may have received this email this morning! 

In our efforts to continually keep rates as low as possible, we have implemented a new credit card processor. The bill pay site is still the same, it functions the same. It just does not have your autopay card information as of 10/01/2025. 

This is how you can update the info: 

You can log into your https://www.online-billpay.com/ account and update the card information prior to the autopay pull on October 20th. Youll need your account number and unique ID off your statement if this is your first time registering. If you are already registered your username and password is set by you. We can assist with password changes if you forgot it - I always forget mine!!!! 

We have many reminders going out to our customers in the next few weeks. You may possibly receive up to 5 email reminders, and a notice will be in the paper statements we send out. 

Once you have completed the process, please disregard the reminders. We are not given daily updates as to who has completed this and who has not. 

Also - If you do not have your account registered via email, but still want autopay you can call the office and we can assist you. 

Please note that we can not see any stored information, so any updates will need the full card number to complete. WE understand the frustration this may cause, we are just trying to do what is best for our customers. 

Just know that our phones are busy right now! You are more than welcome to leave a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as possible. The ladies up front are earning their keep this week, for sure! 

Make sure to complete the process either via website or phone call so there are no late fees or service interruptions. We appreciate your timely attention to this!

We are closed today in honor of Labor Day. 
👉 Put your cart out one day later than usual (Mon→Tue 9/2, Tue→Wed 9/3, Wed→Thu 9/4, Thu→Fri 9/5, Fri→Sat 9/6). With the exception of Braham Friday routes, those will be on schedule as normal. Thank you!
